Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Buzz Finds order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at greg@8918llc.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. We'll let you know if this applies when you contact us.
