Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

We currently ship within the United States. If you have questions about shipping to your location, contact us before ordering.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email us at greg@8918llc.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
